Today the St Rocco Festival is taking place at St Raphael Church in Morningside, which includes a mass at 4 pm with possibly fireworks after.  At the end of the mass, the statue of St Rocco is paraded thru the neighborhood, and the tradition is to set off fireworks during the parade.  So do not be surprised to hear fireworks around 5 pm.

At the end of the Bazaar, at about 10 or 10:30 pm, fireworks will be lit off from Heth's field. 

I have nothing to do with this, but just wanted to warn all that these fireworks will be going off.
