Single, mature woman with Golden Retriever mix looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom rental. I am looking for a single home, duplex, row house or very private apartment situation. I would like to have laundry facilities and some access to the outside..a little yard, porch or deck. I have great references and take care of the property like it is my own.
