The crown jewel apartment at 5901 Bryant is coming up for rent. It will be available June 1st. It sits right above the store with a private entrance and no shared walls with anyone. The apartment is a large 1BR, 1BA, roughly 1000 square feet with a vaulted ceiling.

We will be taking the month of May to remodel the apartment with new kitchen cabinets, fixtures, and whatever else it needs to be looking stylish. It has a brand new heating and cooling system. Tenant pays rent plus electric, we pay water, sewage, and garbage.

Unit comes with ONE parking space in our lot. After the remodel, depending on how nice things turn out, rent will be anywhere from 775.00-850.00 + SD. Apartment will be empty at the end of April if anyone wants to get a peek.
