Dear Eastside customers and members of the community,

As the property manager of Eastside, I would like to address a concern posted on this message board.

Customers of Eastside can feel confident that they can park anywhere and use any of the businesses onsite without being ticketed or towed. There have not been any incidents of an individual parking and being ticketed or towed while patronizing a business at Eastside.

Eastside does monitor its parking lots to ensure that there is adequate parking for Eastside’s businesses. Eastside will only enforce its parking when an individual parks and leaves the site. Anyone parking on the upper or lower level may patronize any business on site without having to worry about their car being ticketed or towed. Cars will only be ticketed or towed if it is clear that an individual has parked and left the site.

Like any business, it is important that our customers and tenants are satisfied. Eastside works hard to provide a shopping center where customers know they can and come at anytime and find a place to park.
