Chop, WOK & Talk! is offering a Valentine's Day Dinner for you
and your significant other. It will truly be an day to remember
when they find out that they get to help cook their own dinner!!!
The evening starts by sampling brie wrapped in phyllo dough
with a bourbon raspberry topping. We then teach how to prepare a
stuffed pork tenderloin, assemble asparagus bundles
wrapped in prosciutto and learn the art of cooking
a risotto. While the tenderloin is roasting
participants will prepare their salad course of mixed greens,
goat cheese, raspberries, roasted pecans, with a wonderful plum
dressing. Dessert is prepared and bakes while everyone feasts on
the main course. The evening is topped off with a scrumptious chocolate
soufflé with nougat topping. (BYOB)
