[Highland Park] Chicos attack

On dec 4 my dog chico was attacked by a big black dog on the of jackson & faragutt. I was unable to get the gentlemans info, because chico ran home and I had to chase him down. But I saw this gentleman on dec 9 walking chico, and he backed his car up so I couldn't see his license plate and drove off. I have him two other occasions. But tonight I finally saw him and got hid license plate grr 1956. I also made a police report tonight and found his license is invaild so if you see or know contact me so I can press charges.
