Hello hper's,

There is an all black cat that has been around the rear of houses in the 1100 block of N. Highland, close to Farragut St and off of Hampton.   Usually can hear it meowing or maybe crying late night into early morning (around 3am).  

Anyone let their cat out in this area and around these hours?  Concerned that kitty isn't homeless or abandoned, especially with the Winter temps.  No pictures available......just have seen it from windows and can hear it.
