A friend of mine is looking for a sublet in Shadyside, Squirrel Hill, Edgewood, or Regent Square. She will also consider Highland Park. Her add reads:

"I will be in Pittsburgh for 4-5 months to help care for my twin grand babies. The time of caregiving will be variable and I am looking for a private room/private bath. Amenities required: Bed, bedside table, lamp, wifi, (TV preferable, but not required). I will not need access to kitchen facilities nor washer-dryer. I am retired after 30 years in higher education. I am friendly/quiet/reserved. Hobbies: Reading, long walks, traveling, etc. Need by August 1, 2016, though somewhat negotiable.”
