Yoga is an opportunity to bring together or 'remember' the subtle aspects of the self which are often forgotten yet ever present!
As we return to the indoor activities of the fall/winter season, we are invited to explore the internal senses of self: setting priorities is a very practical gift of this time of year, inviting us to honor our time and focus, and to become clear of what is most important.
So let's invite ourselves inward through yoga! Class will be at 8 a.m. Tuesday! Please join in and let me know that you are coming!
