-Ages 6 months and older
-Self-pay is $25 for ages 6 months to 64 years and $50 for ages 65 and older
-Insurances accepted are listed on the attached document
-you will be given documentation that you can give to your PCP acknowledging the flu shot
1) Saturday, October 10th, 9a-1p at the Bloomfield Saturday Market (5050 Liberty Avenue, Pittsburgh 15224)
No appointment required, will be giving up to 100 flu shots so come early!
2) Thursday, October 15th, 9:30a-11:30a and 1:30p-4p at the Nuin Center Parking Lot (5655 Bryant Street)
