We bought a Cuisinart convection toaster oven (TOB-260N1) and the door was misaligned. According to their warranty procedure, we had to cut the cord on the faulty toaster oven in order to get a replacement. Could anyone use this toaster oven with a severed cord?

While the door doesn't seal all the way, the oven would still work for toasting, baking, and convection baking if you replaced the cord. If anyone would want it for either scrap or to try and fix it, let me know.
