I have a few seats left in a two week Asian vegetarian class on
October 15th and 22nd (6:30-9:30 PM). The price is $55.00 per class for a
hands-on cooking lesson. You can register for one or both classes by

Vegetarian potstickers with a chili sauce
Thai pasta salad
Stir fried vegetables with garlic, ginger, & lime
Hunan tofu with black beans, vegetables, and a spicy sauce
Coconut flan with spicy Thai bananas
Menu for October 22nd:
Tofu noodle soup with lemongrass
Root vegetables in a Thai red curry
Green curry with Thai eggplants, fresh peas, mushooms, and bamboo
shoots
Vietnamese sweet and sour fried eggplant
stir fried bean curd with lemongrass
Vietnamese upside down cake with Asian fruits and almond whipped
cream
