NEW CLASS!!
After eating at Morcilla Restaurant in Lawrenceville (twice!!) I am adding a TAPAS 'ONLY' class which will feature some of their recipes  (see dates below)
  • Manchego croquettes with quince sauce
  • green grape gaspacho
  • crispy cauliflower with raisins, sliced garlic and capers
  • mixture of olives & cheese marinated in citrus-rosemary-garlic oil with baguette
  • Tortilla (omelet) wrapped on Serrano ham and topped with a piquillo pepper relish
  • Serrano ham, arugula & Cabrales blue cheese salad topped with hazelnuts
  • shrimp in a garlic wine sauce with sea salt and baguette
  • stuffed dates with chorizo, Cabrales blue cheese roasted in a vanilla oil
  • Roasted Spanish onion slices topped with Cabrales cheese, almonds, chives, and a balsamic drizzle
  • frozen bruleed crema Catalan for dessert  (better than crème brulee!!)

To access the menus, price & time for a particular class please log on to www.chopwoktalk.com.  At the top of the page you will see 'schedule of classes/menus'.  Click on that and then scroll way down until you see the green calendar.  When you put your cursor on a class the information you need will appear.
