This happened to us on Heberton awhile back too. My neighbor witnessed it happening so she clicked her car door remote & it caused the guy to move along.
Ours was broken into as well, unlocked too.
They stole my young daughters backpack, but dumped the contents. They
rummaged through the van pretty thoroughly.
Make sure you file a report to alert the police. I don't know what
good it does, but it is better than nothing.
