	COMMUNITY PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING SOUTH HIGHLAND AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT Sent 02/19/2013 @ 11:51 am   Mayor Luke Ravenstahl and the Department of Public Works invite you to a COMMUNITY PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING for the South Highland Avenue Bridge replacement project. Construction is scheduled to begin March 4, 2013.
