Trick of Treat is tonight in Pittsburgh

Hello! Although some municipalities have chosen to reschedule Trick or Treat due to the forecast, the City of Pittsburgh (including Highland Park) is still having Trick of Treat tonight. Please dress your little monsters appropriately for the weather & take particular care when crossing the street as rain will reduce driver visibility.
