Hi!

We have an Iron Gym bar by Pro-Fit. It is an upper body bar that you can hang from the door frame to do pull ups, and use it also as an anchor to do ab exercises. It comes with a guide booklet. My husband has used it maybe twice, so we are selling it for $10.
