HI everyone, as a Board Member at The Midwife Center, I want to tell you about a new service. We are now offering Intrauterine Insemination on a sliding scale basis.
This is NOT something covered by insurance for most people, and no private ob/gyn's offer this.
There is a often a long wait to see a reproductive endocrinologist anywhere, in Pittsburgh or anywhere for this service.
So if you are a same sex couple, single person, or a heterosexual couple looking to get pregnant and wish to get pregnant by Intrauterine Insemination, please call the Midwife Center to check out the service.

If you aren't aware of The Midwife Center, we perform the full range of contraceptive services including IUD's, Nexplanons, Depo Provera and write prescriptions for oral contraception.
We also perform all well-woman care including care for abnormal Pap smears.
The midwives are amazing, caring and I cannot sing their praises more highly.
