What is wrong in this photo? I will tell you what I think. Come on people……. As part if the city’s new mobility initiative we have people moving around on these scooters and they can leave them wherever they want to,. As a person wh is visually impaired it is challenging to navigate with the standard obstacles that exist on the streets and sidewalks. Yesterday I was walking down the street and this scooter was left right in the middle of the sidewalk. An unexpected and dangerous obstacle for someone who is blind or visually impaired like myself. I urge people to use some common sense and put the scooters in places that will be out of he way and not in the normal flow of pedestrians. This is the second time I have almost collided with a scoier,……..And that is really not funny if you are thinking it is. My rant is over
