i am looking for an experienced child care person to take care of my 12 year old daughter after school, as well as help out with my other two children, 4 and 9. My eldest daughter has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair, so someone with some experience in special needs kids would be great, but we are willing to train people. My other two children go to school or daycare.

The primary hours would be 3-7 or 3-8 PM weekdays, but I am looking for someone with some flexibility, as my husband and I often have obligations in the evenings as well as on weekends. In the summer, i would need someone full time if possible or part time if necessary.
