Council to Go will return to Highland Park in March, but we wanted to let you know that Councilman Patrick Dowd will be holding Council to Go tomorrow evening, February 25, from 5:30am to 7pm at Morning Glory Cafe (1806 Chislett St.) in Morningside. While you’re out for your evening espresso, pick up a copy of our annual report with news and legislative updates from 2008. Councilman Dowd and his staff will be available to hear your concerns, provide news on issues in Council, and help you access city services.
