I have been volunteering with a refugee woman who would love to garden - she's recently been relocated from the women's shelter to a home in the West End and is caring for her 5 children. It's not a lot of garden space, but she would welcome any small tools or extra vegetable starters.  I'll be happy to pick up the tools and get them to her.
