[Highland Park] handyman needed... or shoud I say handyperson?

Dear Highland Park Neighbors, We have a large window air conditioner on our first floor that is too big for one person to remove and move to our basement. I need help. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. It should take less than one hour to get this job done. Thank you, Geoff
