The University of Pittsburgh is currently enrolling teenagers ages 13-15, and their parents, in a research study opportunity. All study procedures are currently being done remotely!

Are you a healthy teenager between the ages of 13 and 15? Or are you the parent of a healthy teenager between the ages of 13 and 15?

 

University of Pittsburgh researchers are conducting a sleep research study to develop and test a program to improve sleep among teenagers.

 

What does the program involve for parent and teen?

 

What else would teens be asked to do?
