Hi, neighbors...

 

Just got to opening my mail and saw our county property reassessment value.  I was appalled to see that the county thinks that the LAND ONLY that our home sits on is worth 337% of the value it was given 10 years ago.   It amounts to being worth about $6 per square foot last assessment to over $20 per square foot now.   Are other property owners seeing similar large jumps in the land value on their reassessments?
