Parking on my section of Jackson is at a premium because of the density of the houses (including 5 row homes) and the numbers of cars that all of us own. A pick up truck has been ditched in front of my house and was tagged as abandoned by the state police.  Zone 5 police have also been notified and I was told that the solution to having it towed is to keep calling 911. As it certainly is not an emergency, anyone have any other suggestions?
