I'm looking for a neighborhood baseball team for my son, who has never played on a team before, but he is a very quick learner of physical skills, and he has messed around with baseball equipment with the family.

I'm not interested in a high-pressure team/league, just one that emphasizes fun and teamwork and exercise.
