Hi folks:
The weather for tomorrow looks miserable and rainy and no one wants a soggy goblin and spoiled costumes, so the parade will be postponed by ONE day and will take place Sunday at 10:30 instead.
What: Halloween Costume Parade
When: 10:30 am to noon SUNDAY, Oct. 29
Where: Fountain in Highland Park
