This sofa is extremely comfy, both as a sofa, and as a bed (and I am usually VERY uncomfortable on sofa beds).  

Why are we getting rid of it? I love it. My partner doesn't. We're getting a futon.

 

It's a cocoa-ish brown color. The pictures show it both open and closed.

A note of warning: this thing is heavier than any piece of furniture I have ever moved. Best guess: three strong folks. And you'll need a van, truck, SUV...
