mixed levels yoga class is perfect for beginner students as well as
skilled practitioners. Each class includes: variations of the sun
salutation, standing and seated postures, beginning inversions and arm
balances, deep relaxation and seated meditation. Having taught for 15
years, Adrienne can provide a variation or modification for students at
any level, while giving plenty of individual attention and guidance.
