I'm looking for a part-time sitter for my 3.5 yr old.  I don't have a set schedule, but need someone who is flexible with days and times (as well as an occasional weekend evening).  My primary caregiver isn't very flexible, so I need an additional person for other days/times.  Thanks in advance!
