Ours was broken into on Euclid at Wellesley on Friday night (we left the house to go to my grandmother's funeral on Saturday morning and found our car window smashed). Again, nothing of value in the car. A couple of quarters were stolen, and the glove box was tossed.

A police report was filed, and I spoke with the police in my family at the funeral, all of whom informed me that the police are aware of the issue and invested in finding a solution. Keep reporting, folks.

I also learned that repairing the vent window is apparently WAY more expensive than repairing regular windows, so if anyone can recommend an inexpensive glass shop...I'd be grateful. The car is old and only barely worth the amount Ryan's wanted to charge to replace the window.

Hi All,

I posted earlier this week about someone breaking into my car on Euclid at Stanton on Tuesday afternoon. I heard from about 10 other people with similar recent experiences, all on different days.
