[Highland Park] Need to buy a used car

Was rear ended and my car totaled....so need to buy a car. Before I head to the dealer, just thought I would ask if anyone is selling a reliable, good-in-the-snow,less-than-a-decade-old, and not too flashy (so it doesn't get broken into at work) used car?
