Subject: Jennifer Antkowiak Comes to Oakmont Library with Tips for Caretakers

The following program will be presented at Oakmont Carnegie Library on Monday, November 9 at 11:00AM:
"Jennifer Ankowiak's Take Care Tips"

Did you remember to take care of yourself today? We are busier than ever taking care of our responsibilities.  All too often we let our own needs take a back seat.  When we don't take care of ourselves, we increase our risk of disease, depression, certain cancers, and many other serious illnesses. Jennifer Antkowiak can show you how you can sleep better, eat better, get more exercise, and be calmer and more balanced with easy-to-use, affordable, 10-minute strategies.

Jennifer Antkowiak is an award winning television news anchor and reporter. You can see her on weekday mornings from 5am to 7am on KDKA TV.  Jennifer's mission is to help caregivers take care of themselveswhile taking care of others. She is the author of two books, Take Care Tips (April, 2009) and Caring Questions (Nov. 2009).
