[Highland Park] Garden plots?

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anybody knows of a place nearby with small garden plots available. I would love to grow a few things this summer, but I rent, and therefore have no yard available. I really don't know anything about garden plots in the city, but have seen them before. I assume there's a cost to use them? If anybody could help me out with this I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
