Dear Neighbors

The Highland Park neighborhood was so great filling out the park use survey last month, I wonder if you would fill out another very short survey about your smartphone.  The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy is hoping to create a Smartphone app for the parks with funding from UPMC health plan and need to know what people would value most if they were in a park with their phones.   The link is below.
