Hi neighbors.  My cousin is selling a full size sofa bed and an armchair/ottoman set.  Full size sofa bed has brand new mattress. Originally purchased from Macy's. Brand is England, a Lazy Boy company. 70" w x 32" h x 35" d. From a smoke free, pet free home. Excellent condition. Asking $275 OBO.

Chair and ottoman was custom made at Arthur Moser Furniture. 
Chair is 32" h x 30" d x 34" w with arm coverings. Ottoman is 26" w x 23" d x 13" h
