Childcare: have current clearances, expired certification (from 2007) for adult and infant CPR and Heimlich. Have cared for many children in one-on-one settings as well as group settings.
Customer service: four years experience at the front desk of a busy health center. Duties included checking guests in, retail sales, answering and delegating calls to proper individuals.
Administrative assistant: two years experience at the University of Pittsburgh in the assistant dean's office for Graduate Studies in the Arts and Sciences department. Duties included administrative work for the assistant dean and two administrators. The administrators handled admissions, teacher assistant assignments and scholarships, graduation, as well as many other extremely important and confidential happenings for each department in the graduate Arts and Sciences. I personally had two scholarships that I handled. Lighter duties included data entry, filing, answering calls, directing students to proper department or office for problem solving.
Retail: worked in the stock room of a clothing store. Prepped clothing for the floor by taking out of boxes, removing packaging, ticketing and security tagging each item. Worked successfully as a sales associate on commission in a popular clothing store in a mall. Also was an assistant manager at another popular clothing store.
Restaurant: was a server in a handful of eateries, mostly casual and one fine dining. Worked as a bartender and cocktail waitress in a high volume sales bar.
Availability
Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:30 am to 1:30 pm (with a 2 year old at the hip). Not available weekends.
