Hello neighbors!
It's time to begin the preparations for our neighborhood Spring Party and Egg Hunt and we need you to help make this year's event a success!
The party is scheduled for March 31 from 12:30 -- 2:30 at the Farmhouse Playground.
We need volunteers in the following areas:
prep work (including making-up treat bags to give out at the party)
building of a few simple games (ARE THERE ANY PEOPLE WITH TOOLS OUT THERE WHO WANT TO HELP ME WITH THIS? :) PLEASE? LOL )
set-up and clean-up the day of the event
help with games, crafts, prize booth, and more during the party (scheduled in 1 hour blocks of time so you can volunteer for a bit AND be free at the party if you wish)
donations of snacks and juice are also very welcome!
Remember, you don't have to have children to be involved with the Children's Committee!
It's a great chance to get to know some of your neighbors while providing the kids of our community and the surrounding area a FUN and FREE event.
Youth volunteers are also welcome (community service credit is available).
