Here are some of the projects his team successfully completed at my house:

He fixed wood rot in a third-floor window frame and re-installed a hinged window there.

Hung a door.

Hung a a very delicate and heavy mirror.

Determined why our dining-room ceiling light did not work, and made it work.

Installed two interior thresholds.

Built & installed a screen in a transom window.

Major job: diagnosed and repaired wood rot in our back sun room; replaced part of the wooden floor; replaced and grouted ceramic tiles; fixed the outer door frame of the sun room and

installed the mechanism that slows down a door closing.

Another Major job: Repaired, lowered and reconfigured our back stairs so that rain flowed away from the sun room; installed a proper threshold to keep water from the sun room door.

Dug out 15 feet of problematic sidewalk on the side of our house, poured a fresh walk that would resist water and downhill-moving earth. All debris was removed.

Cleared blockage of water in our second-floor gutters.
