Please join us tomorrow, December 18 for our yoga class at 8 a.m. as we move forward through the season of Light and remember we are that light that is so needed in our hearts, our lives, and our world at this time! May you be radiant.

We will meet at the Chapel at the First United Methodist Church on Centre Avenue in Shadyside. There is parking off Centre.

Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. All levels are welcome. Class is $10. 

Our next class will be on January 7. Please know that private sessions continue to be available.
