Looking for help repairing a vintage gas stove

Hi all, I just finished a kitchen renovation in verona and the client’s pretty vintage gas stove that we matched all of the new colors to isn’t entirely functional! Regular plumbers and a handyman have both been stumped- does anybody have contact for someone who deals with this sort of thing? Thanks for reading, Lucy
