Highland Park Marathon Weekend Kick-Off Party

WHERE : Park Place Pub & Applewood Smoke Burger Company, 5719 Bryant Street

Join the Highland Park community for its 3 rd Annual Pittsburgh Marathon Kick-off Party
on Friday, May 5th at the Park Place Pub. Sign making supplies will be provided to help
race-lovers of all ages make signs to cheer on runners during the big race on Sunday.
Enjoy live music by local band Metacara,and good eats with your Highland Park neighbors.

Pep Rally Cheer Section

WHEN : Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 7:30am – 12 Noon
WHERE : Corner of N. Highland Avenue & Bryant Street

Let’s show off our Pittsburgh Pride while cheering on the runners as they hit the 20-mile mark
passing through Highland Park. Racers will enter from the corner of N. Highland Avenue and
Bryant Street and run along Bryant Street to N. Negley Avenue.

Free coffee, juice, and donuts, while supplies last in front of Bryant Street Market Parking lot.

Sign making supplies and noisemakers will be provided , courtesy of Pittsburgh Three Rivers
Marathon .

A face painter will also be on-site from 9:00am – 11:00am in front of the Bryant
Street Market.

Enjoy race-day specials from local restaurants and live music by Hill Jordan & Slide Worldwide!
