I have 2 spots available in a two week holiday buffet class on Dec. 3rd and 10th.  This is a two week class that will dwell on planning, advance preparation, and serving the buffet.  On the 10th you can bring a friend to class, free of charge.  We need people to help eat all the food prepared!
