If you’re using an external drive to backup your pictures and files then there’s a way

to make it easy.

I can write a simple old school DOS file to back up everything you have with one click.
The real perk of this method is that it only copies new or changed files
so there’s no wondering what to back up. It all gets done.

What you end up with is a clean duplicate of all of your files on your external drive.
