I'm looking for a female roommate to share my apartment in Morningside/Stanton Heights. It is a 1-year lease starting August 1st (but the rent has already been paid for until October 1st). I have two kittens who will live here too.
It is a two-bedroom apartment with living room, small kitchen,and one bathroom located on a quiet street.

I’ve included a photo of the bedroom, which has a built-in closet and would fit a desk, dresser, and twin bed. I included the desk and bookshelf in the photo to give a sense of space but they will be removed. You will need to furnish the bedroom yourself.
Amenities include central AC, heating, and coin-operated dryer and washer units in the basement of the building. Parking is $25/month.
