Hello Neighbors,
My daughter's second birthday is coming up this week with her party this weekend. I would like to make a fabric birthday banner, but I don't have any extra fabric. Before I venture out to purchase some, I was wondering if anyone had a pile of scrap pieces they would like to donate to a new birthday tradition?
