There is one on Penn Ave close to the New Childeren's hospital they are builiding. It is down the street from the gas station.

AAA in East Liberty has a bunch of notaries.

I don't know any notaries in HP, but I have used a notary in Bloomfield, across from the Shop & Save. His name is Gerry Sanchez, and there's a sign outside that says Sanchez & Associates. He also does taxes.
