Hello, 

We are students from a City of Bridges (a local high school).  We are currently planning to help voters to the polls during the early registration scheduled times and on election day.  We are emailing you to ask if you could help us with keep us with our goal to keep everyone safe and get as many people to the polls as possible.  Thankfully local leaders have been supportive of our mission and made donations.  

Here’s what we need by Friday, October 23, 2020:

1. Tarps and Car Pet Barriers - to borrow, only, and sanitized upon return.  The tarps will be used to cover the seats and changed out, sanitized, and air dried between each voter.  The Car Pet Barriers with be designed with plexiglass to be a transferable barrier between each vehicle.
2. Plexiglass - we are looking for spare pieces that we could have to attach to the car pet barriers.  If you would be willing to let us borrow the plexiglass please know we will need to punch a few holes around the edges.

If you have any of these items please email us if you would be willing to donate or loan them for the day. 

We are doing our best to keep all the voters and drivers safe and calm, so your help is greatly appreciated and needed.
