[Highland Park] provider of treatment for chronic bursitis of the hip?

I would love to hear if you have had chronic bursitis of the hip that has been successfully treated, and, if so, what local provider you used. I am open to hearing about traditional medical treatments like steroid injections and would love also to hear about alternative modalities like acupuncture, chiropractic, or physical therapy.
